1. What is the processing time for my order?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
During high-volume seasons or holidays, processing times may extend slightly.


2. How long does shipping take?

We offer nationwide U.S. shipping with the following estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or seasonal volume.


3. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


4. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
We currently ship only within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.


5. What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
If your order has not shipped, we will try our best to update the address.
Urban Weave is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition with tags attached

7. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We’ll assist you with a replacement or store credit.


8. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be modified or canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Please reach out as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist.


9. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability.
Please contact our support team to check inventory and initiate an exchange.
